Hi. I just wanted to write to tell you all how grateful I am for all of your help to get my teeth on the path to healthy.

On my last visit, we discussed what is left to fix, and you guys gave me a new way to floss between two teeth that had
previously made me nervous. Well, it has been working so well! Thank you for your time, and all of your help.

Only two more bigger things, that I’m nervous about, and then I may actually look forward to going to see you all!

I just wanted to send a quick note and let you and the staff at Dentistry in Buckhead know how much I appreciated your kindness, professionalism and cheerful attitudes today. I have had less-than-pleasant experiences in the past, to say the least, but this was like no other. Brandy was SO awesome! She explained to me everything that she was doing, why she was doing it, and why it was important. In my 20+ years of dentist visits, nobody has ever done that. I never would have thought that I was brushing or flossing my teeth incorrectly, but then again, nobody ever took the time to ask what I was doing or show me how to improve it. Dr. Pate was great, too, and very comforting.

After fearing dentist visits for years, I never thought I’d say I’m actually looking forward to coming back! Thank you all so much for a great experience.

By the way – my kids went on and on about their visit. Really had an awesome time and when you can say that about a trip to the Dentist – well that’s really something. The kids were a little nervous but now they want to come back soon. I’m impressed.

Vicki, you were an absolute patient angel with me on the phone today, thank you! Up until now, I’ve been very concerned about the Zoom bleaching…so I’m glad we spoke about preventive fluoride treatment and the fact that the technician stays with the patient during the procedure.
